Re: Will I get my money refunded?

You won't. It's your own fault that you don't keep you don't remember your e-mail, or you don't write it down. Not Bandisoft's fault. You will not get a refund for a reason like that.

Re: Frame skipping.

My system specs: Win 7 Home Premium. AMD Dual-core A4-3300M APU (1,9 GHz, 2MB L2-cache). 4GB RAM AMD Radeon 6510G2 dual graphics. I have installed some programs, but those should not interfere with Bandicam whatsoever. I have not installed any hardware parts since this is a laptop. The system specs ...

I also tried using ...

Re: Seperate file for Audio?

Make sure Two sound mixing is unchecked. So you have microphone and game soun...

Re: Seperate file for Audio?

I don't think that's possible within Bandicam, but you can use another program like Audacity.

You can download Audacity here: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/

Re: Opening the BandiCam window itself

Bandicam usually minimizes itself.
Try checking your taskbar and double-click the icon, go to "General" tab and change your output folder.

Yeah, I've had that happen to me too a few times. Though for some reason, restarting my computer always helps.

Re: Trouble with recording my own voice.

First of all, the two sound mixing is in the latest version of Bandicam (unregistered too). Second of all, make sure the audio codec is set to "PCM" or else Sony Vegas won't be able to find the audio. I just want to tell you how I managed to fix this: I recorded the video in Windows Media ...
