In the bandicam settings you tell it which sound device you want to record which is defaulted to your windows sound. If you play the music on a different device that is not part of the windows sound, say a usb headset, then I don't think it'd be picked up by bandicam.

I've had this happen too it's why I switched back to avi so that I'd have a better chance to repair it, if it happened again in the future.

Also occurred for me in Skyforge.

I'm using bandicam 2.3.1.840 on windows 10 and still experiencing this problem with SWTOR (star wars the old republic). I don't have problems with other games only this one.
