What you could do is use your phone to film the monitor, then start the capture, play a game and upload both videos. Then we could see the issues easier

Maybe edit the videos side by side and sync for easy visual comparison.

I installed 1.8.5 and the function "save audio tracks while recording(.wav)" dosent work anymore

It works for me just fine. Just produces a video with recordings from "What U can hear" and "micrphone" and had three files (1 video and 2 audio).

Well done! I use Bandicam to create videos for my lessons and the mouse animations are a fantastic addition

You could do a system restore back a few days and see if it fixes the issues.

Also check windows update if any driver updates got released?

And run the CPU monitor in the background just to see if it's really the CPU

Your CPU is quite slow. A modern i5 or i7 would do the job.
