So for me, hitting 60fps is not a problem in the recorded file.

saying this is not helping others. the aim of all forums is to share info just for produce solution and make some cooperation.

If you see the bar then it is being recorded to the file. If you want a clear video without any sign or number, you should hide/close all bars, numbers etc.
the recording indicator must be visible but not recorded to the file.

hi again, I tried Geforce Experience's recording mode and the result is 1080p@60hz (MP4) there is no AVI option there is no 4K recording option Bandicam is much better ofcourse but I think it should record 2160p@60hz 30000kbps MP4. I tried these settings:

File type: AVI
FPS: 60 (Fps settings: Use VFR)
Codec: H264 (NVIDIA...) (codec settings: rate control:VBR)
Quality: 100

the result is 60 fps and same size AVI videos.
Note: I'm recording full size 4K screen.

Sometimes I confuse if I'm recording while watching the screen. It would be perfect if we could see an indicator on the screen, which is NOT recorded on output video file. We have fps indicator for game recording mode but an indicator is needed for screen recording too.
