If you see the bar then it is being recorded to the file. If you want a clear video without any sign or number, you should hide/close all bars, numbers etc.

Sometimes I confuse if I'm recording while watching the screen. It would be perfect if we could see an indicator on the screen, which is NOT recorded on output video file. We have fps indicator for game recording mode but an indicator is needed for screen recording too.
