E.g. you can buy Bandicam and Bandicut in a bundle.

Still that is nowhere near expected behavior and could be caused by a damaged program / service.

That doesn't sound good at all... Maybe it's a deeper problem with your system configuration. I would suggest to run the windows integrity test (Integritätsüberprüfung). It should be harmless, however, I've had even worse stuff happening to me by doing so. Luckily I was able to load a system restore...
