Is it possible to get Bandicut instead of Bandicam like can i switch?

Basically when i record in game it would crash if the settings was h264 codec in mp4 container But when i recorded with h264 codec in avi container it would show as 'Failed to initialize codec' And if i recorded with h264 codec in avi container without the sound it would just crash the game... I wou...

When i just record without recording the sound it would hang/freeze/crash my game? Why? please help me solve this problem........

I can record 2 full gameplay before 'failed to initialize codec' message would appear.

It the same 1920x1080 (16:9)

I am able to record the game with the Screen Recording Mode, i put it on FullScreen so it should be 1920x1080

It does not crash anymore with H264 (CPU) AVI but now failed to initialize codec appeared......
