I Tried And You Guys Won't Reply It Says I Haven't Bought It But I Have Screenshots Proving I Did I Type In The Number And It Doesn't Work!

I got on bandicam last night and saw bandicam unregistered itself and when I tried to register using the serial number in the email I sent have it says I never bought it! I need help to fix this because I don't want to have to buy it again I was promised a lifetime license! I Have A Bunch Of Screens...
