Even though you set 99999, the Bitrate can be lower.

If you want to get the best quality video, you may check "VBR" and "Quality 100".
This option will be the maximum bitrate of your video.

The maximum FPS of Bandicam video is 60 FPS.
As you may know, Movie is 24 FPS and TV is 30 FPS.
We think 60 FPS is enough for the recorded video.

If more users ask over 60 FPS, we will add the function...

i have a problem to record a game 'Dirt 3' with Bandicam , no matter what setting i use always only get a .avi file with only sound but no video even in 'Rectangle on a screen' mode . i doubt that did Bandicam support the recording for this new game .. Bandicam can record both DirectX/OpenGL and Desktop Screen.

'Rectangle on a screen' mode is for recording Desktop Screen.
