I think that you have created a video with two audio tracks using Secondary sound device.
Youtube does not support two different audio tracks.
Therefor, You should mix audio tracks using sony vegas or any program like that before uploading to Youtube.

When editing in Sony Vegas, you should set the audio codec to PCM.
MPEG-1 L2 does not work in Vegas.

It's really choppy video. But we could not reproduce this problem.
We think that this problem occurs intermittently, because of system lag.
