BandiFix

Hi Guys, I'd be grateful if you can take a look at this. After a game-crash I went to use Bandifix to recover an avi and on this occasion it failed to do anything. Bandifix opens but even trying to force a fix it just wont do it, just sits there endlessly finally if you click on it, it simply report...

Re: Recorded gaming videos are way too dark!

You're very welcome, I'm disappointed we couldn't resolve it satisfactorily but at least you have a workaround and I can understand your point completely.

Perhaps at least if you change your Laptop in the future, you know what to look out for. Best of luck with your gaming and capture. :)

Re: Recorded gaming videos are way too dark!

Hmmm thats a shame buddy :( Out of curiosity though after you changed to High Performance did you check the original videos, as I seem to remember reading somewhere else that you might not see the change but that it actually does take effect? Just wondering ;) [edit] The only other way around this i...

Re: Recorded gaming videos are way too dark!

I have to confess and say I'm not positive this will give you the control back for video but it seems like you want a better solution so its worth a try. Anyway, before we do these next steps can I suggest you create a NEW restore point - call it something like B4_switching_2_nVidia_control ;) Don't...

Re: Recorded gaming videos are way too dark!

Hi mo, The problem (I don't mean problem really, its a balanced solution :P ) stems from the mix of your Intel 4000 and nVidia 740M. My understanding is that what generally occurs in configurations like this, is that in order to save power consumption the Intel 4000 handles most desktop related task...

Re: Recorded gaming videos are way too dark!

Nice little image provided by Dfactor, which is exactly what you should be seeing. The 750M is a Kepler based card, my understanding is that its roughly equivalent to a GT640 desktop card. What Gfx drivers are you currently running? The control panel installs as part of the nVidia driver package and...

Re: Recorded gaming videos are way too dark!

I'm curious to know if you are overriding your video player settings on your gfx card? Are you using AMD or nVidia? Hey thanks for pointing this out because I'm really not that good with computers so I don't kinda understand what you mean by overriding video player settings on gfx card :? By the wa...

Re: Bandicam doesn´t start after update

I'm doing some benchmarking with NVENC/CUDA at the moment with this version and I'm not experiencing the same issue. Also Win7 x64bit. It might not be Bandicam per se, I have tested many different versions (to try and find a solution with DX9 game record performance), installing uninstalling many ve...

Re: Prerecord to RAM and NvIFR???

Well you guys still haven't provided a benchmark tool for this sort of purpose :P So my comments were with the ubiquitous DX9 games and Bandicam issue again mainly but I'll test DX11 too while I'm about it. Anyway my first comments are, I decided to run FRAPS benchmark and the first DX11 game I test...

Re: Recorded gaming videos are way too dark!

I'm curious to know if you are overriding your video player settings on your gfx card? Are you using AMD or nVidia? The reason I ask is that the recorded image should match that of your ingame gfx but a common mistake is that people then watch the recorded video using player settings not the gfx car...
