recording my 4k screen, recording goes fine but on play back i noticve the colours are noticable dull, i dont see any colour settings to work with

i see in the tutorials it shows a pen beside the recording tab while recording, in bandicam i dont see this. id like to draw over my screen while im recording. how do i access this function that i see in the tutorials? my new version doesnt show it
