Bandicam requires administrator privileges to write on the drive you want! The admin rights is coded in the application, so you can't make it run as anything else.

When I used Bandicam back in Windows 7, I had like 1-2 FPS drops, but now it's 5-10 FPS drops, and I need those extra frames.

I tried changing compatibility to Windows 7, 8 and Vista, but nothing worked.

Does your Bandicam start as administrator?
Go to the install directory and open up bdfix, select the file and see what happens.

MP4 compresses the video in a small file while recording, that's how the issue pops up. When your game loads, the sync is over.
