I am a user of Bandicam to record my games. I had initially downloaded Bandicam 4.5.0 when I first bought it. I have been using this version for almost a year now. I was able to record from Need For Speed: Most Wanted 2005 all the time.

Just yesterday, I updated Bandicam to the latest version which is 5.0.1.1799. After this update, I am unable to start recording from the game. The green FPS meter is present, which means that Bandicam has recognized the DirectX game. But for some reason, I cannot start recording. The F12 hotkey doesn't work anymore!

The funny thing is that it can record other and older games with no issues at all.
How can I fix this issue?

2. Do you play the game in Steam, Origin, or Windows Store?

3. Do you have the same issue when you check/uncheck the "Windows Apps (UWP)" option as shown below?
