I've been trying to get the software to record the game, but all I get is the audio from the game and my skype conversation. No video. I've done all the suggestions such as reinstalling direct x and starting bandicam before starting the game. Still no luck.

I'm using the trial software (obviously to see if I can get it to work) on windows 7. Any help would be appreciated.

We have tried the Age of Empires 2, but we couldn't record it either.

We will fix this problem in the future.

Yes, I'm having this issue as well and would like to record the game. I would greatly appreciate the fix
