Hello I have downloaded and tried to use this software after i recently reformated my system and new PC build, and experienced this problem. I have never had this issue before on old system/PC.

When I record game play or desktop I get no sound from system default to selecting my individual speakers/mic.

I have tried all your steps described in FAQ (Uninstalled software; Made sure I was recording from the right source; Tried to play with options etc...)

Programs That I use that might cause a issue is called Nihimic 2 (sound enhancer) but i tried off it and still didnt help.

From unknown reasons, other recording software (ACTION!, FRAPS etc.) is affected too! But i can still record audio+video in Screen Recording Mode...

I have free version of Bandicam

I targeted Games (Starcraft II, Emperor Battle for Dune...)

SYSTEM main specs:
CPU - Ryzen 7 1700
GPU - ATI RADEON HD 7970 3GB
RAM - 16 DDR4 3200MHz
OS - Windows 7 (freshly updated)

1. 1. If you also have the issue with other recording software, please uninstall the sound card driver and Nihimic 2, and reinstall the sound card driver and try it again.

2. If you still have the problem, record your "Bandicam sound settings" and "Windows sound settings", and then send the video file to bandicam@bandicam.com

Seems like Nahimic 2 and Realtek HD Audio driver were problem, uninstalled.
Now it works correctly, thanks for help!

you should probably reinstall the Realtek HD Audio driver, because you might run into issues otherwise later on (usually Nahimic is the problem, you can also just exit out of it when recording, instead of uninstalling it as a whole)

I already reinstalled it, tried disable Nahimic, I still cant record...

Never mind, seems like i tried it wrong. It works now when i disable Nahimic before turning on Bandicam, thanks for help Zuzu.
