Hello nufar,

This is Zun from Bandicam.

I have downloaded the Second Life, and record the game without any problems both DirectX and Rectangle window. I also use 64bit windows 7.

The reason for the black screen is because of the "video acceleration function (Overlay output)".
The overlay output needs to be shut off to solve the problem, which Bandicam provides 2 ways.

For more information, refer to https://www.bandicam.com/faqs/black_scr ... o_problem/

Thank you for using Bandicam.

Best Regards,
Zun

I can't change the acceleration on windows 7 [I know where the option's supposed to be but it is unavaiable].
and I tried downloading the " Media Player Classic - Home Cinema" or running the Bandicam before second life , but that didn't work either.
can you show me an pic of your settings and how you changed the acceleration on windows 7?
thanks.

Hello,

You can't change the acceleration on windows 7.

1. You problem might be a media player or codec problem.
Try VLC media player and try it again.

2. If you still have the problem, upgrade your graphic card driver.

3. Can you record other games or desktop screen with Bandicam?

4. If you still can't solve the problem, please send your video at bandicam@bandisoft.com
