My problem is not of my hard drives! My Hard drives are news and the crashes become when Bandicam is started. We should stop taking me for a fool and try to solve my problem.

I have not paid this software so that it crashes my PC and I can not use.

=> Even though you didn't install a codec pack...
You may install nero burning or other software which install ffmpeg codec (a kind of codec pack).

The best solution is uninstalling unnecessary programs... or reinstalling your OS
The easiest way to solve this codec problem, try VLC media player.

We don't have other solutions...

Then make a fresh reinstall, this helped fix several issues for me (Bandicam doesn't always install properly on the first try I think)

I have found the source of my problem. When I go in "Bandicam -> Advanced -> Hooking" and I uncheck all the directX's, I have no problems. I can launch all games and Windows media player with no soucis.

Exemple, when I check DirectX 9 and I try to launch Counter-Strike: Source, the games crashes. When I uncheck DirectX 9, CSS launch successfully, but, Bandicam is not detected in the game.

It seems that the hooking function of Bandicam conflicts with other programs.
It can be game-protection program, anti-virus program, or other directx hooking programs.
