If I may pop in, does changing Bandicam to Game Recording Mode instigate the Access Control for Administration in Windows (does the warning for User Account Control pop up and ask if you want to let Bandicam access your storage/files) ? The newer versions of Bandicam require this due to changes in Windows - but if you have this ability Disabled in Bandicam, it won't ask you for permission, and it won't be able to Record some games in Game Recording Mode.
To check if you have Bandicam set as 'Administrator permission', you can check under the General section > Advanced button > Others tab and look at the radio buttons for the "Run as Administrator (UAC) " section. If you have Bandicam set as the first option ("Run Bandicam as Standard User") then it will not ask you permission in Windows and you may not be able to create a file when trying to record. Selecting the other two radio button options will make Bandicam ask for permission, letting it then record/create files in more locations in Windows.
Sorry to reply after Bandicam has Replied, but this is just one more idea you can try. GL with it ~Troy
