Can Bandicut cut video spatially, in addition to temporally?

As title, now I can only use Bandicut to cut video temporally (from some starting time to ending time). Is there any way to cut a video spatially, that is, allowing me to specify the cropping window from some pixel to some pixel, just like the functionality of specifying a rectangle in screen recording of Bandicam? Thanks.
