Add option to set custom upper Bitrate limit for QVBR too. I am trying to screen record for long durations without much happening on screen at lowest size possible with just decent understandable quality. So I would like more options to tinker advanced parameters ie. gop, bframe, lookahead option that can help reduce output file size without having to reencode.
