This is unscientific...
Bandicam is far superior in the context, for it has support for much more advance codecs.
The best practice to generate videos of high quality, is to capture the source losslessly at the screen's refresh rate, post-processing based on the lossless source, and save the both copies (the processed lossless clip, and the lossy clip generated based on it for export purposes).
