I suppose I could suggest to try uninstall Bandicam and then reinstall it,
Hey WOW! I did exactly as you said, uninstalled Bandicam and reinstalled it. Now Lightworks will read the MJPEG video recorded with Bandicam.

Glad to hear it! :D

Sometimes with codecs and Windows, the last-installed libraries will overwrite/force themselves on top of others, in terms of 'importance'. Now it seems that Lightworks can call the codec ['above others'] without problem, which might have been what it was (or at least contributed to the issue).
