I just purchased bandicam and click on start recording but it wont record - no error messages either

Can you record your computer screen with the 'Screen Recording Mode' of Bandicam (https://www.bandicam.com/how-to/screen-recorder/)?

I'm wanting to screen record, it wont let me do anything. not even screenshot.
I click on record and it does nothing

DOOM Eternal and Bandicam clash heavily and it has prevented me from recording. Any help or support would be completely awesome because I am truly struggling to get all of this to work and haven't had much problems either.

Can also confirm Bandicam is not working with Vulkan in Doom Eternal, the Game just freezes.

Screen recording.
Also tried recording from a home video playing on pc. I select area or select full screen - click record but it doesn’t record
I have a pc with windows 10.

CPU: i9 9900k
GPU: RTX 2080ti
OS: Windows 10 latest Update
Driver: 445.75

Codec i am using: https://imgur.com/a/6oLvJKa

It does not matter which codec i choose, in that case i wanted to use an external one. Other recording Softwares also have the same problem, nothing can hook into this Game without crashing it. The only thing that works is OBS of course. Maybe this Version of Vulkan causes Problems, or the Game blocks Overlays.

EDIT: Disabling the Steam-Overlay lets me Record with Screen Recorder Mode. At least that is a temporary solution, but hooking into the Game itself still does not work.
