Hallo,

at this time if i record a game in game recording mode and the game going to crash
that the video file is corrupt and a cannot be fixed. i need to delete the video and
record a new session by loading an old savegame. is it possible to teach bandicam
to close the video file correctly??

A second problem i can see with some games like Trine or Magicka is that the game
becomes judder like low fps if i start record in bandicam. in game recording or
windows recoding mode the same thing. other games (the most) dont have any
problems like that.

We've tried Magicka, but we couldn't reproduce the low FPS issue.
(We could get over 30 FPS while recording with 1440p.)

Please play the game in windowed mode reduce the video resolution to 720p (or 1080p), and try it again.

No changes in windowed mode with 1080p. My fps are fine but it stucks like low fps.
Ah, if i want to record with h264 (cpu) or (AMD app) in application mode i get the
message that the codec cannot initialized but mpeg-4 works. In windowd mode
i dont have any problems with the codec but it stucks. With 60 fps recording the
stuck are much lower than 30 fps recording.

It must be a problem with your graphics card driver.

Please uninstall your graphics card driver, and go to http://www.amd.com/ and download/install the latest graphics card driver, and try it again.
