GUI disappears when recording

I am a Youtube let's player, (A let's player records themsleves playing through different games as a hobby) and Bandicam has worked with ALL the games I have LPed, but when I try to record a new game called Terraria, the GUI of the game disappears so I can't see my inventory, weapon hotbar, etc. I have looked around but I can't find a single answer to my problem. Thanks in advance!
