I am window vista user and I having problem on recording audio by using Bandicam for my game.
After finish recording the game by using bandicam , the audio are very noise and crashing.
Any solution can able help me to recording game without noise sound in window vista??

I'll give you 2 solutions.

1. If your microphone is "enable", you should "disable" your microphone.

2. If you still have a problem, click the 'Open Volume Mixer ' the right side of the tray icon, and reduce the Speaker volume.

k... i don't have microphone and I never enable it.....
So I need "2" solution.
Can you image capture your Volume Mixer? Because I have watch your tera online audio are very good , and I am still didn't know how much the volume need to reduce >_<

I recorded the Tera online video, and my volume is about 80%
If you send your file to bandicam@bandisoft.com, I'll check the file and tell you the results.
