I tried to follow the video "How to remove unwanted parts." but the procedure does not work for me. I can set the Front segment but the end of the segment to be removed does not get marked following the steps in the help video. I am trying to edit an MP4 video.

I am running Bandicut Version 3.5.0.599 on Windows 10.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If you select the first and second segment and merge them, you will be able to remove the unwanted area.

Totally same problem. The second part is not merged and the video finish (cut) to the end of the first part.

No i use it with youtube videos with no problem for example, but when i use it for a glitch in a film in hevc, the second part is not merged it's stop to the end of the first segment.
