Recently I switched from NVIDIAs cards to AMD Radeon (currently 7900XTX) where Bandicam doesn't really work as intended in HEVC.

Funny enough, it works just fine in H264 but c'mon! xD 2023

Another things:
1) Why AV1 is not available yet? [it is available in OBS, but I don't like their software...]
2) Why MKV is not available with AMD card? [Yes, in OBS it works too]
3) Why I can't set 444? {OBS? Ticked and works]

I am using paid version of Bandicam since 2016. I like it, I want to keep using it. With NV laptops, all RTX from 2080Ti, 3090, 4070Ti that I owned Bandicam worked well. Can you do something with AMD please? I needed 24GB VRAM so switched to Radeon. Now I regreat a lot, unless you going to fix those problems.

Have you tried to playback with other media players such as VLC media player?
Do you have the gray screen issue only when you try to edit the recorded video with DaVinci Resolve?
