Cant record dota 2

when i try to record dota 2, i press F12 and fps counter is still green, bandicam is not recording. Help.

Hello!
We think it's a layer problem of Dota 2
When you start Dota 2, click "Alt + Tab" or "Shift + Tab" to get a clear screen/layer.
(We could record Dota2 without problems)

now i tried to record battlefield 3 and i have same issue, i can cycle overlay position with hotkey but when i press record button nothing happens

We have no idea why you can't record BF3 and dota2.
1. Can you record other games?
2. Do you use the latest version of Bandicam (1.7.8.196)?
3. What is your graphic card model?
4. Can you see the green FPS in battlefield 3?
5. Did you check the shortcut key of Bandicam (F12 key)?

I also have problems right now with recording dota, just still black screen on that. Any fixes?

Do you have a problem with Dota 2?
We have tested Dota 2 and found that there is no problem while recording it.
Please let us know which video rendering API of the game you tried - the DirectX9. 11, Vulkan, or OpenGL.
