Hello bandicam,

Today I decided to buy bandicam to see how good of an experience I would have with this recording software. Overall, it is a great software, records with great quality and framerate. The application is perfect, but the reason I am creating this forum is because I would really like to see a fix to this issue. Everytime I run bandicam and I try to record roblox, it crashes/closes. I have tried reinstalling roblox, tried reinstalling bandicam, restarting my computer, nothing works. I am sure that this is a problem for many other people than just me and that this is a problem with bandicam, not roblox or my computer. I'd really like a solution/fix to this because I need to record some things when I want to.

I've tried recording with literally all of my other resources and bandicam is the one software that does not lag at all when I record. The one problem is that I cannot use the program while running roblox. If you could try to help me fix this that would be amazing, thank you.


NOTE: I am on windows 11 so this may be a little bit more difficult to help me fix it, I am updated to the latest version of bandicam (which is v 6.2.2.2072) and it doesn't matter which recording mode I use, it still crashes. There is also a DxDiag.txt folder attached to this message if you need it.

Lowering the graphics settings within Roblox can reduce the strain on your system's resources, potentially allowing Bandicam to function without any issues. Adjusting settings such as screen resolution, and graphics quality, and turning off unnecessary visual effects can help improve performance.

If you have tried the above steps and are still experiencing issues, it may be worth considering upgrading your computer's hardware. Upgrading your CPU, and GPU, or adding more RAM can significantly enhance your system's performance and allow you to run Bandicam and Roblox simultaneously without any problems.
