Bought Bandicut - didn't receive email

So yeah I purchased bandicut about 30 minutes ago by using the paypal, everything went smooth as usual and the site then forwarded me to:
Thank you for purchasing the Bandicut License!Your Bandicut license will be sent to your email in 2 minutes.

If you have not received the license email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
Re-enter your email address at the "License Check" box (https://www.bandicam.com/bandicut-video-cutter/buy/) to receive the license email again. (If you have paid by eCheck, it usually takes about 3-5 days for your payment to be approved by PayPal.)
But I didn't receive anything to my email and when I try to re-enter my email address at the license check, it says my e-mail isn't registered.

And my paypal shows the payment was sent.
