If ti's in there somehow, I can't find it. If this function is missing then I'm at chock that this simple feature is missing.

While playing Destiny 2 i need to record in Screen Recording Mode -> Full screen since Bungie has something blocking Bandicam. Now, when I start recording I have no clue if it is on or off. So some kind of notification, red dot, anything that can tell me the recording is on. And no... I am not talking about the Game Recording Mode with the green FPS that turns red.

Hello hdnine,

The Bandicam tray icon appears green when waiting to record and then it turns red while recording and turns gray while paused.

Thank you.

This isn't very helpful since it is while playing i need to see this. The game i always in full screen, and the tray icon is also always hidden.

If it's full-screen, you don't want something on the screen IMO. You could use the FPS counter, it changes colour when recording. But again, that will show in the footage. You can toggle the FPS counter with shortcuts to make it hide, but for full sreen capture, not sure what you're after actually.

Well, the other issue is that some games can't "hook" correctly, so the game mode doesn't always work. In cases like this I am forced to record the screen instead. Case in point, Destiny 2.

Hello hdnine,

Regarding Destiny 2, the game has a restriction on the game capture applications.
Please refer to the following page.

We are afraid but you need to use the Screen Recording Mode instead.

Thank you.
