Hello there. I've been using Bandicam for a while now, and I still haven't found a solution for my problem here. When I record something on my screen (For example a streaming live from a site), my Skype always eats my CPU memory and ends up crashing. I have the log for the crash, I hope someone can help me with this. And my computer is up to date.

2. Turn off the Skype, and try to record something with Bandicam. Can you record it?
3. Turn off the Skype, and try to record something with another recording software. Can you record it?

1. I have the latest version.

2. Yes, I can record it. No Error.
3. Yes, I can record it with no error (Using HyperCam 2)

4. Yes, I can record it but my Skype eats up CPU and crashes after a while.
5. Yes, I can record it without any errors (Again by using HyperCam 2).

Any ideas how to fix this? I've got the latest version of Skype also, and even tried with older version without any success.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I've found a bug between Skype and Bandicam in Windws 7 (64-bit).

To avoide the Skype crashing, click the "Advanced" button under the "General" tab of Bandicam,
and then uncheck "Hooking target" under the "Hooking" tab. I am sorry for your inconvenience.
Our team will fix the bug in the next version update.
