Bandicut Stops Responding

As soon as I hit start on a cut. This has been happening for the past few weeks. Without fail, every time I try to cut a video clip, I click the start button, the window pops up saying this is the unregistered version, I click ok, and the program locks up.

I have tried it. I reverted to an earlier version just for testing. Same result no matter the version.

Could you send us a captured image of the locking up status.
We don't know exactly why Bandicut locked up.
Did you mean that Bandicut crashed?
If Bandicut crashed, please send us the file(video clip).
We should analyze the problem.

So after some further testing, I have at least got some more information.

I am using NVidia's Shadowplay to record gameplay video.

I tested cutting a clip that I recorded months ago and it still cuts fine. After that, just the act of dragging and dropping one of my new clips into Bandicut crashed the application.

I've adjusted some settings in Shadowplay, like bitrate etc. Is there something known that would cause this crash?

After further testing, the older videos also crash as well. Just not every time.

We think it might have occurred while making a watermark file for the unregistered version.

The clips I am cutting are rather large. I'll see if I can find a small one that crashes as well.

Sent a google drive link to a smaller clip that also crashed Bandicut.
