How to avoid recording AAC audio?

Sun Dec 06, 2020 8:39 am

Hi,

I recently bought both Bandicam and Bandicut, I have been experimenting with some settings to get the best possible result when editing the video in Adobe Premiere Pro, I make PC video tutorials.

Everything is almost perfect now, the only problem I have is that I do not need to record the AAC audio together with the .MP4 file, because I'm recording an external track in .WAV format, which I will later edit and encode in AAC in Premiere Pro, in other words, that AAC audio track is unnecessary, even when I have a high-end PC and It records with ease and smooth movements, I just don't need that audio track. The audio comes from a microphone.

The question is, Can I record only the .mp4 video without audio and the .WAV track separately? if yes, How?

Thank you.

Hello carlosberman,

Bandicam does not support the function to record audio and video separately.
Please use Bandicut to remove audio from the recorded MP4 files.

Thank you.
