Can't record sound

Alright, I've built a new rig, so I'm exploring my options again.
I have used Fraps and Playclaw before, but I only hear superb things about Bandicam, so I wanted to check it out.
Problem is, I can't record the sound from Windows.
I have tried every possible alternative in the program, but the only thing that actually gets recorded is my microphone. doesn't matter if I use the primary or secondary audio, if I just chose 1 of them or if I pick something for both the channels.
All that gets picked up is the mic.
I also tried making a "loop" with Virtual Audio Cable, streaming the windows sound to Line 1 and then having Bandicam record Line 1. Still nothing though.
I checked the forums already, but none of the answers really helped me out.
I'm using the onboard sound of my Asus P8P67 Mainboard. (already updated the drivers for it)
My options for Audio in Bandicam are:
- Win7 Sound (WASAPI)
- Primary Sound Capture Driver
- Line 1 (those are from Virtual Audio Cable)
- Line 2 (those are from Virtual Audio Cable)
I hope someone can help me out here
