Hi. I have a problem with Bandicam. It cuts out a piece of video at different moments. Or in different words: it's skipping some parts of recording. I am having this problem since I reinstalled Windows, before everything was OK.

PC specs:
Windows 10 64bit
i7-4790K
GTX 960 4GB
16GB RAM

Bandicam settings are in attachments.

What is the name of the game?

If you use the 'Game Recording' mode of Bandicam, and the game uses more than 2 DirectX technologies or the game is not refreshing/responding, it's possible for that to occur.

We don't have a good solution for this issue.

You may try the 'Screen Recording' mode of Bandicam.

It happens in every game in both game recording and screen recording, even when I am on desktop.

Didn't you use the 'Auto Complete Recording' function of Bandicam?

Same problem here. I just found that there's big gaps in my recent GuildWars2 footage. The sound in those videos seems to continue all the way through but there's parts of the video missing. It was a bit confusing at first but then I noticed that what I was hearing should have happened way before what I was watching.

The videos were recorded with Nvenc Codec, an Nvidia GTX 660M on a 3 year old notebook with Win7 64 bit. I'm now looking through the content to see if it was only two videos or every one of them.

It seems to have affected only two videos so far. Since then it has worked fine, no idea what could have caused it.

The sound in those videos seems to continue all the way through but there's parts of the video missing.

For me there are missing both audio and video.

After short tests of new Bandicam version (2.4.0) it seems to be working properly now.
