Audio Not in sync

Hi, after capturing a VHS using Bandicam and a Honestech Vidbox, the audio is out of sync with the video. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Hi,

What is your graphics card model?

It seems that the performance of your computer is not good enough (Pentium G2020)

Did you use the 'Device Recording Mode', 'Game Recording Mode' or "Screen Recording Mode' of Bandicam?
If you used the 'Device Recording Mode', please try 'Game Recording Mode' or "Screen Recording Mode'

If you still have the problem, you may upgrade your computer to increase the performance.

Hi, ok so using my Surface Pro 4 I have the same issue when converting from VHS. I have this connected via a Honestech Vidbox using red, while and yellow leads and then a usb lead to the Surface.

What is causing this delay in the audio please?

My Surface pro 4 comes with the Intel HD 515 which gets a benchmark pass of 587 which is pretty good. What are you saying I would need for your software to be ok?

3. You may not have this issue if your computer supports a USB 3.0 slot and plug your capture device into the USB 3.0 slot.
