I have two questions, plz answer i fen.

Question one: how do I get my serial number? There is one listed for me, but it has a bunch of Xs at the end. I just want to confirm the thing in the FAQ works.

Question two: How do I upgrade my version of Bandicam? I'm on 1.9.4.505, and it's lackluster.

1) To recover your license, just go here: http://www.bandicam.com/buy/ , insert your email address and bandisoft will mail you your serial number.

2) To upgrade Bandicam, just download the latest version from http://www.bandicam.com/downloads/ and install it. You don't need to re-purchase it to upgrade.
