Bandicut 1.3.1 (07/17/2015) - Japanese Windows
* Detailed information
1. Added the Japanese language file.
2. Bandicut is now available on Japanese Windows.
3. Bugs fixed
- High-Speed mode: The video sequence was shuffled occasionally when many segments were added.
- Bandicut did not respond occasionally when the H.264 encoder was used.
- A green-colored line was shown occasionally after cutting.
- Other minor bugs fixed.
