Hi, I have just bought Bandicam and I have been experiencing issues with a black screen showing up when recording. It sounds pretty much identical from this thread: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2196 so I will just put the same information he put.

What is your OS? - Windows 7 x64
What is your recording target? - firefox.exe or more specifically plugin-container.exe from this url: http://fenglee.com/game/aog/

Did you start Bandicam before the recording target programs? - Yes I have tried that.

Did you download/install the latest version of Bandicam from http://www.bandicam.com/downloads/? Yes, I have updated it a few times to the latest version since I had tried it but it didn't seem to solve the issue.

Yes, I regularly keep these up to date.

If you're going to record a browser window (I assume a Flash Player/Unity Player type of game in this case, but my point stands), then you need to use "Rectangle on Screen". Hooking issues occur if you have a window like a web browser.
