I Use bandicam and bandicut.
Also my video have not a black bars. is it 1280x720 and it's good.
When i put in bandicut. He have blackbars -.- Why??

Did you use the 'High-speed mode' or 'Encoding mode' of Bandicut?

Could you send the video file and your Bandicut settings to bandicut@bandicam.com?
