Hello!

When I record with Bandicam, everything works fine! The quality of the sound, everything!
Anyhow, when I record there's "black parts" at the left and the right side of my video. How do I fix this?
I don't want any black parts in my video, I want my video to cover the whole screen.

It should be a resolution problem, which mode do you select? DirectX or rectangle on screen?

Bandicam has 3 presets for youtube (360p, 480p, 720p); did you use one of them or not?

I used 720p
