So nvenc avi is not supported in premier pro cc, so I just wasted a bunch of good game footage now I have to compress it to nvenc.mp4 which takes forever. Not sure if the issue is bandicam, or if the issue is premiere, but either way just a warning to those that want to record game footage, don't use nvenc .avi

the best codecs for video editing are Motion JPEG (video) and PCM (audio), as seen on bandicam.com/support.

I'll post a suggestion to Bandisoft to have them notify users about this or something.
