If you are useing Windows 7 I totally agree with what the Bandicam Company said.
Use Windows Movie Maker.
However, if you're using Windows 10 (or maybe 8, I'm not sure) you won't be able to use it, because Microsoft has discontinued Movie Maker.
If you are looking for a free video editor, I would recommend
this version (free version, non commercial use ONLY) of the
VideoPad video editor.
It's not as simple as Bandicut - as it is a complete video editor with all the tools and doohickies you can think of - but it is the only free video editor out there
(i know of) that's actually usable - and it's really not that hard to use.
