bandicam stops working at random intervals (stops hooking)

bandicam (just upgraded to full version) seems to stop working at random intervals, sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes.
i do not have auto complete enabled
both full screen and window mode
when it stops working, the FPS monitor disappears.
if i am recording, when i exit the game, bandicam presents the same error in this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=850 and when i force it to stop, the recording only goes upto the point when bandicam stopped working in the program.
even if im not capturing, the FPS monitor will randomly stop displaying (stop hooking), and the only way to get it to work again is to relaunch bandicam and the game.
i have nvidia 550 ti, with latest drivers
i have antivirus disabled when in game and windows firewall exception
i reformatted this week, and it still persists on a brand new installation of windows.
some of the games affected: arma 2, saints row 3, stalker, etc...

Hello!
Bandicam might have lost the hooking target.
When the recording target is not responding, Bandicam can lose the hooking target in DirectX/OpenGL window mode.
- An anti-virus program or firewall can block Bandicam.
- If you click other applications while you're recording, Bandicam can lose the hooking target.
- If you leave a recording target by clicking Alt+Tab, Bandicam can lose the hooking target.
- If the game screen doesn't move a certain amount of time, Bandicam can lose the hooking target.
- ...
If Bandicam stops working at random intervals, we cannot solve the problem (because we're unable to reproduce the problem).

yes bandicam is loosing its target randomly.
i am not tabbing out,
i am not switching focus to another program,
anti-virus is disabled,
firewall allows it to run with exception,
i am playing the game, the screen is not idle
this is a bug, and it needs to be fixed, even if you say you cant reproduce it, its happening, and not just to me, to several other people on these forums.

Yes, it might be a bug of Bandicam.
We hope we could eliminate the bug in the near future.

no, it IS a bug
i just did some testing, side by side comparison with fraps, and fraps will continue to target windows and hook fine, while bandicam randomly looses its target
this bandicam program is not working as intended

Same thing with all the games. Tried switching off aero mode and the problem persists. I really like this software for its neat functions, but it's almost unusable, especially for games that don't like alt+tabbing (in the cases when bandicam stops recording and needs to be restarted).
Let's see what we have in common. I went to
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ and selected a random game to show me my specs and here are the results:
CPU
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 330 @ 2.13GHz
CPU Speed
- 2.1 GHz Performance Rated at: 4.73 GHz
RAM
- 3.0 GB
OS
- Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Video Card
- GeForce 310M
Sound Card
- NVIDIA High Definition Audio

Same, aero on/off, window mode or full screen. it stops hooking randomly, and once this happens it will fail to hook anything else until its restarted.
and let me clarify, its not necessarily when i'm alt-tabbing or swithcing focus, it's happening in the middle of a game, AS well as those times. ALL WHILE fraps maintains target fine.
i've done some more testing with fraps running alongside, and fraps hooks fine, everytime. the other day i couldn't even get bandicam to hook in firefox. so i used fraps instead.

and yes, i'm using the latest version.
i like the features of bandicam, but this program isn't doing what it's supposed to.
dxtory is a free alternate, but it has hooking problems too, but its FREE.
i dont care how you do it, reverse engineer fraps, do something similar to what they are doing, just fix this program.
