Typed wrong email address during purchasing

I made the biggest mistake of my life thus far typing in the wrong email address and not being to get the registration s/n to register my license. I need someone from Bandicam to help me quickly. The email it went to may be used soon. I need a refund or an email change to the account. I have proof of my purchase.

Well I did that already over 5hrs ago and nobody has replied back to me.

How long does it usually take to get a response?
