I've used bandicam on games like Bejewled 3, and it worked perfectly, but It won't record video on Crysis 2. It will record sound, even sound from an external mike, but not video. I don't get just a black screen either. I'm getting absolutely nothing. The player looks like it's playing an mp3 file. I'm pretty sure that its not the game, as I've seen videos of people who successfully recorded this game, but it's not working for me. What might I be doing wrong?

And yes, i've tried different media players.

EDIT: I've also updated driver software, used rectangle on a screen mode, and tried the game in and out of steam. I want to know why it will work with Bejeweled, but not with Crysis.

Also, I can see a lot of Crysis 2 videos recorded by Bandicam on YouTube.

Can you see a green-colored number (FPS)?
Can you see a red-colored number (FPS)?

1. Please, download/install the latest version of Bandicam.
http://www.bandicam.com/downloads/

2. Start Bandicam before the game

3. If you still have the problem, re-install your DirectX program.

im using a USB plug in for my audio (stereo speakers) and i cant get bandicam to record sound. video is perfect, a lil laggy but eh. any idea how i can get it to record the sound? and thanx ahead of time.

Recording software can't record the USB sound card.
If your computer has a internal sound card, please use it.
