I've been working with computers for more than 15 years. And I've learned early on that "common sense" doesn't always apply to software issues. Often "upgrades" turn out to be "downgrades" for some, despite what the developers would like us to think. I am a software developer myself so I know what I am talking about.

I would still appreciate hearing from Bandisoft on this matter.

Hello,

We have tried to record kinemorphic screen saver and we don't have any recording problem.

Try the latest version of Bandicam.

Well, I just tried your "latest" version, which is labeled version 1.0.0.1 (strange, because the old version was 1.7 something) and it's even WORSE.

Now during playback I'm getting about 15-20 seconds of BLUE SCREEN, with music, but NO VIDEOS at all. After 20 seconds or so it stops dead. So does the music.

You say that you have no problem trying to record the Kinemorphic software I am recording -- but YOU haven't set it up with several dozen .BMP images as I have, nor have you configured it in the same way. So what you are recording is the software as it comes from the developer, which is a fairly "basic" version.

Also, you may have a PC that is better for Graphics, with perhaps a faster graphics card. Since you don't say, I can only guess.

But mine worked perfectly with Bandicam for a while (even if it could only record 20 seconds or so) and this new version scarcely works at all.

Just some feedback for you, since you don't seem able to come up with any answers. My next move will be to uninstall your latest version and probably try Hypercam.

Yes, you're right. We just downloaded the basic version of Kinemorphic software.
We think your Kinemorphic has a kind of content protection features.

Please try Hypercam and tell me your results.

If that is true, then how do we explain the times that it worked PERFECTLY with Bandicam?

I tried Hypercam and got even worse results than with Bandicam or any other i tried. Hypercam seemed in
structure so similar to Bandicam that it would surprise me to learn they aren't somehow the same software.
It impressed me as an extremely poor choice, and I am surprised that you would recommend it. The layout alone seemed very amateurish.

It's possible that your "latest" version of Bandicam is *almost* but not quite showing up when I record using Bandicam. It seems that at first I am able to record with it (and I know it's the latest version because I am asked to Register), but then my version registered by GOTD takes over and I again get a Blue Screen in my recordings. I don't know whether to uninstall one and try the other or to uninstall both and just give up.
