So for me, hitting 60fps is not a problem in the recorded file. What I cannot hit is 120 fps, even though Bandicam is set to 120 fps recording

Do you have the issue with a specific target? We would appreciate it if you would explain it in more detail.

Please uninstall the graphics card driver and install the latest graphics card driver and then, please refer to the solutions on the linked page.

I'm using latest version of the driver. geforce experience has done it recently.
I tried all settings you mention (including Nvidia control panel setting for bandicam). nothing has changed.

If I use rectangle on a screen bandicam can capture 59fps MP4. But I don't want to use rectangle. It is hard to set and prevents full screen watching during the capture. I prefer full screen recording and it captures 2160p@21-22 fps MP4.
If I record AVI It can capture 2160p@60hz AVI.
If I reduce my screen resolution to 1080p It can capture 1080p@60hz MP4 (this came along with the latest video card update I think. It was impossible before) And ofcourse I don’t prefer to use 1080p resolution.
Now I have problem only with 2160p@60hz MP4 recording.

It seems to be a performance-dropping issue while recording.

Please check if you have plugged your graphics card into the secondary slot.
If so, the graphics performance might drop.
Please plug it into the primary slot and try recording again.

If you still have the issue after using the primary slot, it seems that you need to upgrade your graphics card.

My playstation vue recordings doesn't look 60fps after using bandicam .

It looks more like 26 or 37fps after using bandicam .

What settings should i use to fix this ?

What keyframes i should i use to get 60fps ?

I using Amd A8 apu desktop pc .

I found the answer. The root cause is processing code. Change it to Xvid and change mp4 to avi.
